I would not recommend the service to any of my friends, family or lifetime enemies. I do not know how the sales department works but the guys from the service clearly have no interest in helping out people that actually have an appointment but are interested in friends, old customers that have more than 2 cars or potential customers that do not have an appointment as they are easy to handle by redirecting them to the call centre. I booked via the phone number on the site, a week in advance and got today early in the shop maybe I can drop it faster as I had a full day of meetings(this my mistake). I got to the front desk where there was a very helpful lady that confirmed twice that my appointment is okay, my car figures on the list for 11:00 AM but warned me that on the screen I will not see my number as there system is not up to date with my car details(although I have been there twice this year). After 1 hour of waiting and seeing how everyone that was a friend-of-a-friend or people who did not have an appointment got at least a conversation with someone from the service desk, I ended up all alone in the waiting room as everyone from the Mercedes Benz team left me just hanging in there. I logged in an online meeting that took half an hour and after I finished still nobody there. When I left I told the lady at the front desk to cancel whatever they booked as it appears that I will not be served today and she asked to wait more as she said this is not acceptable. A bit too late as I already lost half a day with them. When I got outside to light a cigarette and to vent, I was amazed how proud the Mercedes Benz service of their job as they had an award of excellence from Daimler Benz Germany... sure... maybe it was something back in the day but now it is just a mockery for clients like me. This feedback is not out of frustration but more out of concern for anyone that will try their services... I really hope you have more time and patience than me...

I went here for information about Smart since they are the only authorized sellers. There was no "hard" information that can be obtained. In order to see what you might want to buy you are instructed to go to smart.de website and use translate from google. It is very weird to hear this LE. For service i have nothing to complain. Increased to 4 stars

Preda Simion and Madalin Surdu, I eco your words and your experience. I had exaclty the same experience like you. In general, I don't write negative feedbacks, but also in general I don't have such negative experience. What you are describing in here happened to me also when I interacted with a sales person, from Autoklass. I didn't understand his attitude. He was superior, he looked like he didn't have time to talk, I could clearly see that I was actually disturbing with my visit and questions, he was sending me home to configure on the web the car I want and then to come back or to send him via email what I want. Which I already did before I came to him( because another colleague of him advised me to do so) and I already knew how I wanted the car. He left me with the impression that I am not a wanted client, probably because the car I want is too cheap and it is bought via Rabla Plus. Well, we are talking about a lot of money anyway, therefore I believe we have 30-40 minutes available in order to discuss face to face about what I really want to buy and configure my car with his help. Moreover, by configuring your car with a sales person, you will benefit of clear explanations of the configuration details which you don't have if you do it by your own, on the web. I was very lucky, I can say, that a different sales person from Autoklass had a better and positive attitude. Clearly, he is respectful with his customers. Very different from the other person. Initially, I was very sad I liked Smart because I remained with the impression that it is impossible to buy it from Autoklass via Rabla Plus programme. I will try to buy the car that I want with his help. I will come back with details after the transaction is finished.
